Support tickets from the old helpdesk

As you will see we have introduced our new customer support facility. Tickets submitted to the old helpdesk whether closed, in progress, or otherwise are not linked into this new support desk. We have tried to answer all queries fully before transfer, however it may be that you wish to continue with your support request. In this case please re-registar on this site and submit a new support ticket.

We realise that on a number of occassions our support levels have not been up to scratch and we have now taken steps to change that.
